REFUND POLICY:
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are consumable goods, all items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

The Return Process:
• Contact us at Info@Bradfordwellness.co
• Let us know the reasons for returning the product.
• We will guide you through shipping.
• Your funds will be replaced minus the cost of shipping.

That means we do not accept:
• Damaged items.
• Opened Items.
• Partially used or consumed items.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care within 30 days of receipt of the item at Info@BradfordWellness.co

Please include in your email:
• Your order number.
• Your full name.
• Your address.
• Photos of the damaged product.
• Details describing the reason for the return.

When the process is completed, we will advise on how to proceed with the return, and once we receive the damaged item we will send you a replacement product. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
